Delay in file process

hello,

Father retired from job on FEB,2012 from NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

Till date salary for the month of FEB,2012 has not received. several requests made to him orally, but all in vain.

Two RTI applications filed by me, but the PIO gives a misleading reply always, as he never gives the correct reply. The PIO and the dealing clerk are friends. Whenever my father visited the clerk office, he laughs and says continue with filing several many more RTIs, nothing will help.

now, Dealing clerk is demanding bribe of rs.5000/- to process the file.

it is a deemed corruption.
What sud I do...? HELP

complain to aam admi party . issue legal notice to muncipial corproration

File Writ in the high court.

Send registered letter to LG, and head of the department before sending legal notice. If purpose not solved send legal notice afterwards.
File appeal for RTI and file new RTI also.

You may Try to get the employee trapped red handed.
