if i want to file the PIL what are procedure i need to be fulfill. Then how much of court fees to be pay

For PIL there is no court Fee as such.Only Judicial Stamp Paper and court fee stamps You check with the filing section in court regarding this.What is the PIL you are going to file

you can file PIL on a subject which does not affect you in particular.
