why u want to file said application?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 22 December 2013
for case of this nature no narco test would be allowed. Even if it is allowed, the statements are not admissible as evidence during trial.

Whatever you want to prove may be done without applying for NARCO test, which is not allowed.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 22 December 2013
I think the author is trying to impress the expert here that he is technically very sound and he is testing the experts' wisdom. The lie detector test though tried by the police in many cases failed to prove the facts in the most sensitive cases that rocked the whole country namely the Ghaziabad brutal murder cases a few years back. Is the author trying to prove himself innocence be being subjected to a narco test? Instead of vouching upon such funny ideas, the author may concentrate on the merits of the cases to be contested based on the evidences in his possession, first let him have confidence in his lawyer who will be/is fighting his case.

Well advised by the experts, better concentrate on merits of the case.

I do endorse the advice of T. Kaliselvan.
