Respected Lawyers,
My brother, FAther and Mother are trapped in a false 498 a case, literally there was no dowry at all.
The girl did not do any household chores and was spending all her time in office / Facebook / Tv and hence the differences started, the Bi*** is employed in IT company and we can see her profile in the company website.
She is not ready to withdraw her case back, the only evidence she are the emails which my brother sent after he was annoyed.
The girl got her umemployed relatives who are gundas and threatened my old parents and took 7 lakhs cheque, we all told him to stop the payment so that 's why she filed 498 a and sent my innocent brother to JC for 2 days.
Her family is making all false allegations, my brother and she used work in the same office,my brother requested her to come back , she filed a sexual harassment complaint in the office and now she is posing that she has a big proof. My question will this be valid proof for judge. We tried our level best to bring her back, as she is sole bread earner in the family her family is not allowing her to return and also she is also not interested to continue this relationship .
We all are very worried about the judgement. It was all about the ego, the girl 's mom told us after marriage she is very short tempered.
She has some emails and chat messages , which my brother sent, when he was completely pissed off, In return their family abused him, millions times more orally unfortunately we do not have proof.
The girl is very very venegeful and is not ready to take her complaint back, she told to judge that she want divorce and hence failed 498 , IT is all about $$$$$$$$$$$ my brother is only son to my parents.. and this cunning people want to extort as much money as possible. pl guide on my options. My mom cried a lot and now take pills for depression. And DAD is also very sad and in pain.. My heart is paining to see them in so much trouble for nothing.. that too in the last phase of their life
Women who are filing false complaints are like blood /Money sucking parasites and shame on the society...

Sorry :- Query are these emails and Chat messages strong evidences, My brother had shared his phone and email password with her, So I donot know how many fake messages this lady would show to judge.
Will these be proof to convict my bro.. The girl is in full spirits healthy no harm done to her phsycially. Her dad is dreaming that these emails and chat messages will be enough to punish and convict my brother , some of them are before marriage also. When she used to ignore my brother and go to parties with her Friends.

I believe you have engaged a lawyer to fight your case?, what is the lawyer opining about your views on the subject matter? What is the stage of the case? If it is at the stage of pronouncing judgment, asking any query in this regards is waste. If a judgment is against you, for an appeal against it, there are many solutions/citations/settled laws which can be utilised.
