About cmj

Dear Sir
I am a btech student of cmj university.On 13th september 2013 SC court order is that meghalaya government should take decision regarding the dissolution of cmj university within 3 months that means before 13th december 2013.But till now decision didnt come. Latest news is that The State Government will seek extension of four more months from Supreme Court .From such a news my understanding is that decision will come next year April 2014. I have completed btech and I recieved provisional certificate.My question is that 1) can i do pg in any private university or work in any private firm with this provisional certificate ? 2) will i face any problem regarding validity ?
