Please clarify the procedure to be followed if a Christian man wants to marry a Muslim woman and get the marriage solemnized.

The girl to be converted as christian for church marriage or the boy to be converted for muslim marriage or for only Registrar office it could be done in Special Marriage Act with out conversion.The jurisdiction of Registrar office should be in bride or bridegroom residence and 30 days notice would be required

Makkad! I strongly object your advise of OPT SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT. It is up to the bride and bride groom to decide which they opt for We could only tell them which are all the possiblities snd viablities to get married legally and we should not insist that you should do only this.That too while advising for inter religion or inter caste marriage we should know our restrictions Later what will happen people of different faith will start advising YOU OPT THIS MARRIAGE ONLY. We should not give place for all this

I hope the same should be applicable to both the sides Several times he had interfered with me refer to the SC/ST complaint columns/page.As far as I am not disturbed I dont interfere with others Just because they or you are old we cannot take every thing what they say is right.ANY HOW WHAT I OBJECTED IS RIGHT AND LET ME KNOW WHAT IS INDISCIPLINE IN MY REPLY. ALSO NOTE I HAD ADDRESSED THEM IN THE SAME MANNER HOW I GOT ADDRESSED BY THEM by the way Who is Raj Mankad and as a lay man myself what does it meant by NO:1 Expert I would like to know

Expert narasimha ji,

The advise of Expert Makkad ji is to the point, may not be in detail covering all aspects, In such case it would be academic.

If you have differed his advise only because he has differed you in some advise, this should not be criteria.
