Disciplinary action against employee

Dear Sir,

I work in reputed MNC and I am fearing disciplinary action from my employer.

(i) So you went abroad? [although you are not revealing whether this was on on company's sponsorship or not]

(ii) SO you committed crime there?

(iii) So you were released on bail ?[though you are not revealing whether bail on alien soil was with/without company help]

(iv) So you left that country despite bail? [you are not revealing whether this was with/without court permission or has anyone stood your guarantor for coming back fro trail]

(v) So now you are not going back and not willing to go back?

what were terms and conditions of appointment letter ? you cant just leave company abruptly without proper notice . further company has spnet lot of money on your training . did youi execute any bond ? dont take a hasty decision .

Thanks Ajay . As per my onsite assignment bond,Upon resignation I have to serve 3 months notice period (if not have to pay around 3 lakhs rs).

The plain facts narrated by you (seen from perspective of prosecution) are that your company brought a person on their soil who was arrested for indecent behaviour and has fled to his country and not coming for trial and punishment.

had you been in Govt service the offence for which you are arrested (even without waiting for verdict of court) you were liable to be dismissed from service.

Please see if MNC is more liberal than Govt.
