To vacant stay order in civil suit ,
pl mention u/o and section by which I can file petition .

Facts are not given.By 'vacant' i guess you mean 'VACATE'.

In absence of fact the only guidance from me can be that you need not mention orders rules or section to file any objection against any application or petition,just state grounds of objection para graphically.
