i was on my two wheeler. a man came and hit my vehicle by his car. i noted the no of car and file an FIR.
I was not hit badly nor my vehicle but i was annoyed by such rash driving and misbehaviour after it
now what can i do? will there be any pblm for me? the person came to me and asked for sorry .He told me that his car has no insurance and he is trapped. He asked for sorry
My medical was done by police doctor.
then i did not went to medical treatment ,so i dont have any medical bills and dr prescription nor my vehicle was damaged ,I went to garage and made it to run, still dent are there on two wheeler.
Now what i should do? will there be nay pblm for me If idont have medical bills and vehicle repair bills.

Without medical bill or repair bill how could you claim the money.
If the repairing cost is borne by your insurance company then there is no need to drag this matter anymore.

man has aplogised for his behaviour . no serious damage has been caused to your vehicle . you dont have meidcal bills nor any repair bills . forget it

@ Preeti; what if the same thing happened with you, will you pursue the matter to the core? He has apologised and the damages are of negligible nature, just ignore it and look for something else with your precious time.

At least you do not have any Motor Vehicle compensation case to be lodged with tribunal
and better forget it thanking GOD you and your vehicle is okay.

yeah now i feel sorry for that person but what should i do to save her? this is my question I dont want any money or anything else.
