Partition of properties question

Four brothers have a joint property of 25 acers of land they have marked roads and got the partner ship deed registered in 2010. Some of the partners had sold few plots.
now the Four brothers are holding 5 acres which is adjescent to the 20 acres. now they want to remove road in this Five acres of land. Is it possible as it is got registered in 2010 can they rectify the partition deed or not.

Yes they can execute another deed of Mutual Partition.

what about the people who bought the plot in that land do these people object or file a case in the court if they try to create this mutual partition. If they have register the plots with the original partition deed. my question is original partition deed is a valid one or the mutual partition. As they have sold almost 80% of plot in that land.

Better consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

earlier you describe sold about a limited portion now you are describing sold about 80%. As per present question scenario you are a land developer company and now want to cheat with the purchaser,
