if a Superior in a organization uses foul language and Degrades you ....and if the same thing is persistent upon Others what is the Appropritate way of ACTION

Supposedly Police also refuses To File a Conmplain

Should we go To Courts
Or
MEDIA is the Best Bet These Times.

Why not involve trade union??

Media etc comes as last alternative. Let ir ne Indoor Management, otherwise u will risk your job/ black listed also, in case of failure to prove/ lead evidence.
Most probably, no one will bell the cat, in ur favour.u will hv no witness, and u will be charged with defamation.+ civil liability to pay GM.
