Hi,
I am married and working in Bangalore. My family is settled in Bihar. I have three sisters (all married) & one brother (un married). So in total we are five siblings. My father derived all our property from my grand father (self earned property). After my grand father death, he got the property mutuated on his name and now he is the owner as he is the only son. Recently he has started selling property without my knowledge. I have two questions:
1. I want to file injuction petition. Can I file the same from Bangalore or do I need to go to Bihar for same.
2. What are the documents required for same?

your father is absolute owner of the property . he can dispose the property as he desires . he dosent need your consent to sell the property .
