Reply not filed for sub-petition

Respected Lawyers,
I have filed DV , husband and his parents filed reply . Then husband father filed 340 1 application then another on my income-tax . I replied first 340 petition but did not reply the 340 on income-tax rather made police complaint. Now saw that his lawyer is saying no need to get reply from me for income-tax 340 application rather pass the order by listening husband's father lawyer. Please advice. At the time of filing DV i was unemployed. Curretly in private job.Never said in court that I am jobless always give right status of mine.

Court shall make an enquiry which shall also involve you and only then pass appropriate order.

U Must inform any change of Address, status, earning, etc that are m,aterial to decide the dv case. Hiding means go ct c uncleaned hand..
