Hi,
I do not have any non agreecultural or agreecultural land on my name.
My father has agreecultural land in Uttar Pradeshon on his name .
Can I or my wife can purchase agreecultural land in Maharashtra without having a farmer certificate on my name?
What documents do I need to produce to purchase agreecultural land in Maharashtra.

What are the other options or indirect ways to buy agreecultural land in Maharashtra?

You can obtain the agriculturist certificate of your father with your relationship certificate and accordingly can purchase the agricultural land in Maharashtra.
