the case was filed against me in the year 2010 ,may since then i am absconding however i tried to file antispatory bail but i did not get while my father and brother were put behind the bars for 7 days and then they got the bail and my mohter and sister in law got apparantly as they were not their.my wife was not living with my family rahter she was with me and that too she hardly remained at home ofter she used to visit her sister's home. i was working as a a area manager. i got married in the year 2008 23 nov and after 15 days my wife demanded to settle some where else
as per her statment she ccouldnt live in restriction so i took a house on rent in the same town but she ofter had a complaint later i came to know that she had some illicit relataion ship with her maternal but i didnt rely until i watched it on my own however i have no evicence of it....
in the end i asked my maternal sister and brother to live along with me and this is a point where every things started.
since my sister works somewhere else so she managed to come either on satarday or sunday and my maternal brother was pursuing engineering from indore...one day she left the flat and later i came to know that she have done to my parents and she started living there in next three days she went to police and filed 498a, 506 34 sec 3 and 4 my family who has nothing to do with her, has been treated badly my elder brother was beaten badly, my brother and father both were sent police station and they have been treated as animals, my father is retired principal and never expected this...i have been told not to come. i was helpless and let me remind you that later i came know that she made allegation as i had illicit relation ship with my maternal sister now i cannot make eye contact with my maternal sister and brothers
even i and my sister have not surrender to the court as i know as soon as i surrender they will try to harm us in many ways...please help me out

Please contact any criminal lawyer and don't keep abscond. It will create problems to your family. May be some day you have to put in jail but after that you will free to face the problem and overcome shortly.
