Is registration under shop and establishment applicable?

I run coaching institute in mumbai in rented premises (proprietorship firm). It has two branches in mumbai and one in delhi. my queries are
1 Bombay shops and establishment is applicabe to me or not?
2 For two branches in mumbai should I obtain two registration with same proprietor or one registration with two banches?
3 What should do with the registration of delhi branch?

You have to take two registrations with the same proprietorship, since each state has its own rules and regulations in respect of shops and establishment Act.
