IT IS NOT NECESARY CASE LAW FILE THROUGH THE MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION ,YOU CAN FILE CASE LAW IN MATTER IN HAND ALLONG WITH APPLICATION/PURSIS.

U can produce the submit at the time of argument or you may submit it after the argument along with a memo.
