How an ordinary suit is different from the mortgage suit?

There is no word like ordinary suit in CPC. Suits are of different types and one of them is mortgage suit. Each and every type and even each and every case of same type is also distinct and different with each other. had you provided facts of your matter, we would have in a better position to clarify it.
