contact & clarify with service provider.

Why u people do not clarify with previous user, their TC, before using services, and want us to guess your notice etc???
That too for very small amount, probably applicable to all users..

You are certainly not treated specially or differently by such large scale service provider.

pay the amount . going to court engaging lawyer would be more expensive proposition .
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 September 2013
Nothing more to be added except as advised by the experts, pay the amount and get rid of the dispute, legal path is time consuming and costly.

Mr. Yogesh,

You are a law student, you can fight your own case in the court by yourself, if you prefer not to pay the dues and want to contest the company's claim.
Adv. Yogesh Pawar (Querist) 08 September 2013
thanks a lot to all.

Do not respond until you get court summons. It is the tactice of these companies to threaten the customers like this. If you ignore, after some time they will give up.
