Sirs,
in the Apartments Association which is registered under A.P.Societies Act in Hyderabad the following doubts may please be cleared.
1.Members do not attend to the General Body Meetings. How to enforce them to attend.
The flat owner members do not have either respect or responsibility to attend the meetings.

2.What is the inspecting authority to audit or check the management of the Registered Society like Cooperative Society.

let circular be passed in AGM that in case members dont attend AGM penalty of Rs ________will be imposed on members .

if auits are not done complain to the asst Tegistrar cooperative societies

Awareness and penalty method can be adopted.

You can contact the registrar for proper audit. The auditor can audit total function of the society.
