An agreement paper is required to be prepared between the tenant and flat owner for let out of a 600 sq.feet flat in a housing in kolkata rajarhat action area-3.
Is there anyone who makes this tenancy agreement by whatever name called of 11 months?
What is the fee for this 11 months agreement?What details are required to be furnished to the preparer for this 11 months tenancy agreement?
My budget for this agreement is Rs.400.

YOURS IS A TYPICAL CASE OF PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH . YOU ARE GIVING YOUR FLAT ON LEAVE AND LICENSE BUT DONT WANT TO SPEND ON LEGAL FEES .
