498a doubt

Hello sir

A false 498A put by my wife 6 month back in her home town which is 600 km away from the city where i stay still chargesheet is not filled and my parents and i released on bail, is it necesary to attend the court on the given dates by my old and ailing parents or is it fine if i only attend the court in 498A case.

I would like to know on which grounds the court will pass this order.

yes, you can get exemption but at the time of framing charge, 313 cr.p.c , and the time of judgement personal appearance is require!
