Reapplying for the same ws amendment?

(Querist) 22 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
I Defendant applied for a WS amendment, but my lawyer didn’t do any argument to what Plaintiff’s lawyer said during the argument session infront of judge. My lawyer at the start of argument repeated what was in application and that’s all. Then plaintiff’s lawyer started speaking all false things. I had all the proofs for that argument against plaintiff’s lawyer false statements and was suggesting my lawyer to speak of those and available proofs before the court session and during the argument as well, but my lawyer didn’t spoke a single word to defend my amendment statements.

Now in case my amendment proposal is rejected in order, what shall I do? Can I re-apply for the same amendment application?

Or is there any pro active action that I need to take?

Thank you.

first let the court pass order on said application.ask ur lawyer to submit arguments again before passing of order.

Thank you for the reply Mr. Nanda.

Just to understand this clear, before the court pass order, i should ask my lawyer to send another application (or rejoinder) specifying the argument? OR my lawyer should ask to have another argument session in front of judge?

Judge has already given a next date and told that the order will be passed on that date.

And in case my lawyer does not agree to do so, then what shall i do?

Your lawyer may submit written arguments and if he does not agree for the same you have the option to change the lawyer.
