Sc orders regarding Stay related to delhi master plan

Is SC released any order related to stay for Delhi Master Plan recently. i need a copy. pls. help if anybody have information regarding this .

As far as I know, the SC has not given any stay order on Delhi Master Plan, 2021 but it had only invalidated the changes made to it which was done by the govt to accomodate unauthorised areas and colonies which were held illegal by the SC. Govt had made attempt to regularize ILLEGAL commerce going on in residential areas and so.., but recently the SC has given a stay order on it;s earlier order of sealing to be made in residential colonies and asked th authorities to deseal shops etc without penalty.

The order i think was given in March this year around 16th.
