A developer of immovable property obtains prior consent of flat purchasers to such developmnt on the basis of sanctioned plan. Can he subsequently ammend such sanctioned plan on the basis of such prior consent.

has the society given him power of attorney ? if so he can submit revised plan to corporation

The sanctioned plan canot be changed arbitrarily as this is an agreemen which requres consent of both parties.

Agree it can not be changed without consent of all concerns.

Previous consent was given for previous sanctioned plan,new plan would require fresh consent.
