What can i do for original prior land deed agreement loss

Sir/Madam,
I living in Pathanamthitta Dist in Kerala State. I was applied a Home loan in SBI. Original prior land deed agreement (before 15 years) loos in my hand. I need it for SBI Home Loan. before 15 years prior deed agreement is a essential document for SBI home loan. please advice me what can I do now ?. My all documents clear for SBI home loan except before 15 year prior land deed agreement. So please help me. Please reply in my email id- sajikumar4567@gmail.com

bank will not sanction loan unless original documents are produced . have you filed police complaint of the loss of original document ? if not do so immediately . furnish copy of police complaint lodged to the bank for its record . in addition ask the seller to obtain certified copy f the agreement .

If the 15 years old original document told to have been lost was a registered one then a copy there of can be obtained from registration office of the district concerned and loan can be advanced with only one difference that not equitable but registered mortgage deed would be required to be executed.
