Shifting of case from one court to other

(Querist) 05 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
sir, i have filed a case for divorce at jalgaon district court and then i got transfer at aurangabad where my wife has filed a case of domestic voilance against me . the divorce case is in very primary stage and i want to shift it to aurangabad district court . what should i do for that.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 05 July 2013
The case cannot be shifted at your mercy. Either withdraw that petition and again file it at Aurangabad or let your wife come in the case and then she shall try to get it transferred to that place wherein she is residing.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 05 July 2013
First withdraw the case and file fresh at Aurangabad.Other opetion as advised by the expert raj kumar makkad ji.
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 05 July 2013
When your wife will appear in the case, she may file a transfer petition in the Aug'bd HC, give your no objection to that and the matter will be transferred.
