Sir,
Special Leave Petition (Civil) 19933/2013 accepted in supreme court or not, status is showing pending. We have win our case in 12 high court and Nagpur high court double bench says that ugc cannot move to supreme court, but they filed a SLP , so my query i it is accepted or not. if it is accepted y court then how much money is required to fight this case, and please suggest best lawyer or any other mean by which we can fight this case at low cost.
this is a case related to changing the criteria of NET exam .

Status is showing pending but could not understand the SLP is accepted or not, actually we are not expecting that the SLP would be accepted by Supreme court, however nagpur high court do not allow UGC to move the supreme court,
I want to understand the probability of winning the case in supreme court after we already win the same case in 12 high court.
I want to understand if under what condition in my case SLP is accepted .
Please do not use to close this query if you don't have complete answere.
Please let me know if we can get legal aid from supreme court.
please share complete information for leagal aid,being as a we can't afford more expenses.
please answere all the question.

If the HIGH COURT DID NOT GRANT FITNESS THAT DOES NOT MEAN SLP DOES NOT LIE.WHETHER OR NOT IT WOULD BE ALLOWED IS A MATTER OF MERITS.
LEGAL AID SERVICES CAN BE SOUGHT FOR WHICH YOU DO NEED TO VISIT THEIR CELL AT SUPREME COURT.

We doo not believe on probabilities. The Supreme Court is supreme in all manners so better to wait for its outcome rather to assume or presume.
