myself working in public limited company in financial sector , just blown a wistle. what precautions to take care. now maNAGEMENT WANT TO TRANSFER ME. CAN I GET LEAVE ENCASHED , DEPOSITED UPTO 240 BY ME, IF I LEAVE THE JOB. WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO COUNTER THEIR HARASSMENT AFTER WHISTLE BLOWING

I could guess that you are working for a Bank. What is the exact case? What irregularities you brought out by whistle blowing? If you are involved in irregularities during your service, if your whistle blowing affected others, they will not leave you. If your whistle blowing is against top management, they will dig all your old cases and try to implicate you. That is the reason why there is a saying "those whoever come for justice, should come with clean hands". If your hands are clean, why do you worry about the harassment? If you are worried about your past involvements, you should have thought of the consequences before blowing the whistle. You can not encash entire leave of 240 days at one shot. They will not allow moe than 30 days in a span of 4 years. Do not go to the extent of thinking of leaving the job. Face the consequences boldly. For harassments like transfer, you should prepare mentally to accept them. Give full details I will try to guide you in a better way.

A whistle-blower should be ready to face its consequences. Nothing can be anticipated in advance but courts are ultimate helpful in such events.

myself not envolved( myself one of the cleanest officers ), fabrication in balance shhet , after my whistle blowing one gm transferred . pressure on my not to proceed further dig the issue here, various offers from seniors

I do not believe, if you have complained about fabrication of balance sheet, your GM got transferred and there are pressures and offers! When u do not wish to share the entire matter, you have not opted to post this query.
