Dear all,
Can someone in enlighten me is there a way to ascertain if a judge had attended the court on a specific day?
As I've been told by my lawyer not to attend the court on a specific day citing the reason of Judge being on leave, but my opponent had attended the same court on the same day. I also got to know from the well wishers that the judge had not gone on leave on that particular day!
I would like to talk to my lawyer on stopping me from attending the court, is there any way that I can ascertain whether the judge was on leave or not on my case day?

Courts never remain vacant, when a presiding Judge is on leave the charge is given to other Judge.
When you so much mistrust on your advocate how he will do justice with conducting the case.

simple go to court . find out from court clerk whether judge was sitting on that particular day .

Court staff can orally confirm the fact in the presence of your lawyer on your asking.

Dear all,
Is there a way, I can get to know the dates that I've missed(or not told to me by my lawyer) from the clerk? if so, what's the clerk called as(or the office that I need approach)? I'm the plaintiff, will the clerk show or give the copies to me?
Pls. advise.

Thanks much Raj Ji, for the quick response. Is there a way I can do this without the Lawyer's presence(lawyer and self have a good relationship) I would like to confirm if there's a foul play here! only if I've sufficient evidence I'll question my Lawyer.

If you have not suffered any lost due to your non-presence then the matter should be dropped and you should become vigil for future dates otherwise move RTI application and seek the desired information.

Take certified copy of the order sheet. The attendance of judge or his leave on particular date would be reflected from the order sheet.

Dear all,
When I was checking the status of a case related to me pending in the High Court, I found "Counsel for the petitioner submits that needful is done. office to verify.
If P.F., is in order, issue notice to respondent no.2." what does this mean... can someone help me understand.
I've been told by the Police today that he has a Notice for me from High court.

Earlier you never stated, that matter is in HIGH COURT.
ROZNAMA, AND SUCH RECORDS ARE IN TRIAL COURT. wHEREAS IN HIGH cOURT, PLAINTIFF PRESENCE NOT REQUIRED.
YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR LAWYER, OR OTHERWISE trust him...
& how the matter went to HIGH COURT SUDDENLY???just chargeshhet matter !!
