Dear sir,
in case a person want to establish sole propritorship and also sales finished goods by using his logo on finished goods manufactured from manufacturing co. so what will be the procedure for all that purpose. plz resolve my query.

There is no need for the registration of the sole proprietorship, however, the logo is required to be got registered or it he is an agent of the company then the company can definitely permit him to use its logo.

if it is partnership firm then it would require registration . aslaready pointed out by mr makkad sole proprietorship does not require registration . as far as sales of finished goods are concerned he cannot use his logo on goods manufactiured by company without its consent . there must be an agreement between the company and proprietor
