Change my name

Respected sir, I completed my ssc in the year of 2006.In the ssc memo my name was mistake,So i want to change my name plese suggest me
mistake name:KANCHANAKUNTLA RAGUPATHI
correct name:KANCHANAKUNTLA RAGHUPATHI

Dear Querist
as per rules within three years you can change your name/any mistake in your SSC certificate and not after that by Educational department.

In fact there is not a much of a difference except the omission of an alphabet 'H' in the ssc. So long as the phonetic name is same and such type of spelling mistakes will not create any problem.
By raking up the issue yourself, you should not land up in any problem. Fortunately for you, your first name "KANCHANAKUNTLA" has been spelt out correctly. This coupled with other details like the name of your father etc., is enough to carry you through without any difficulty.

Therefore, it would be advisable for you not to try for any correction at this juncture.
