IN rental agreement is it necessary for a advocate to sign in the agreement papers.

It is not necessary. Owner and wittnesses signatures are necessary.

Even there is no need to obtain the help of advocate in that agreement so it is clear that the signature of advocate are not necessary.

Rent agreement need not be attested or witnessed by an advocate. But if you want it to be notarised, you have to approach an advocate who is a notary.
