As the house in question was purchased in the name of your first wife, now deceased so your second wife or son/daughter born out of second marriage have no connection what so ever it may be with that house property. So far as you daughter born out of first marriage is concerned, he has definitely got a right to claim her share to the extent of 1/4 share in the property.

how this 1/4 share calculated

1st wife is step mother of childern of second wife, so as mother's property all childern has right . but to check provision of setp mother , step childern rights over property.
so 3 childern and husband has right so 1/4 share
