Dear frients,
where/What is the provision of law or circular to provide a free copy of Bail rejection order to a UTP.

Simple moving an application is sufficient vide which courts are bound to provide the certified copies of their orders to UTP.

U have to file an application for certitified copy of the order in the court.

SH there is no specific provision,but if any person who file bail and if it reject then receive rejection order is right of accused.
if rejection order is missplaced the certify copy is the second option.

REGARDING FREE COPY OF REJECTED BAIL APPLICATION TO UNDER TRIAL PRISONER KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1.THE POLICE CASE IS PENDING AT THE JMFC COURT ./ SESSIONS COURT AND ACCUSED IS AT JAIL.BAIL APPLICATION IS REJECTED.
2.ADVOCATE FOR ACCUSED OR ACCUSED SHOULD SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR CERTIFIED COPY TO THE CONCERNED CERTIFIED COPY DEPT AND PRAY FOR SUPPLY OF FREE COPY AS ACCUSED IN JAIL.
3.KINDLY NOTE THAT IN CASE OF FINAL JUDGEMENT AND ACCUSED IS CONVICTED A FREE COPY OF JUDGEMENT IS SUPPLIED TO THE ACCUSED BY THE COURT.
4.BUT IN CASE OF UNDER TRIAL PRISONERS AND PENDING CASES THE ADVOCATE OR ACCUSED SHOULD APPLY TO THE COURT AND COURT MAY ALLOW TO SUPPLY FREE COPY TO UNDER TRIAL PRISONER PLEASE NOTE.
