Stilt parking

hi sir,

i recently buy a flat in mira road.
my previous ower had a stilt parking which he buy in the year 2001 from builder and he has allotment letter.
now he sell a flat with parking to me but socity say he cant sell parking bcoz of when he sell the flat to me parking rights goes to under society.
Please suggest me is the any law so i can fight with society.

All parking spaces and other common spaces belong to the Society, irrespective of allotment letters or otherwise, subject to that the FSI should not have been used for parking slots.
