Maintainence from wife u/s 24

What are the chances of getting maintainence from working wife u/s 24 of the hindu marriage act. when wife is getting 42000/- rs from govt organisation and husband is debarred by thier parents and doing nothing.

Yes, you can get maintenance from your wife under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act if you are unable to maintain yourself or are unemployed or your are earning insufficient income.

if you are unemployed you can claim maintenance from wife

my parents has debarred me from all relations and property due to bad conduct of my wife.

We are discussing here only application moved by wife under section 24 of HMA. Wife is not entitled to claim any maintenance pendente lite in the HMA petition if she is already getting Rs. 42,000/- per month.
