Good morning sir.
I whan to know is IT mandatory to registered with bar council of state for lawyer working MNC.riven

if some law garduate is doing some private job in some MNC then he is not required to get registered with Bar Council, but if the person is supposed to appear in the court on behalf of MNC and is not on pay roll of the MNC then he will have to enroll hiself with the Bar Council.

A registered lawyer can not do private job or even a government job.riven

IF THE SAID EMPLOYEE WANTS TO APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY HE MUST BE REGISTRED. AND HE HE IS ALREADY REGISTRED HE CAN NOT SERVE THE COMPANY AS AN EMPLOYEEriven

REGISTRATION in a bar council is mandatory for a law graduate to if he is willing to appear as an advocate in the courts but if he is an employer of a company this will disentitle him to appear in the courts the only thing he can dois to render legal advices .riven

For profession of advocate the registrartion is compulsary.But advocate can,t be be fulltime service,riven
