(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
there is a case of 420,467,471 r/w 120B. investigation is complete, the accused has been chargesheeted and second date is about to come. BUT STILL THE ACCUSED HAS NEVER BEEN ARRESTED. Is it required to apply for anticipatory bail?

accused has to surrender before court and apply for regular bail .

After submission of charge sheet, both regular bail and AB become easier.
Opt for either of the two.

Accused if has been charge-sheeted then before charge, he shall have to seek regular bail.
