i need complete guide line for ROC

1 what is ROC?

2 How can i submitted my annual return in ROC

3 which document was required for it

4 any other necessary information about ROC?

ROC stands for Registration of Companies for registration and filing of returns you can log on to MCA site.
Return can be filed online in this site only.
Properly audited balance sheet of the company is required for filing of the same

Registrars of Companies (ROC) appointed under Section 609 of the Companies Act, 1956 covering the various States and Union Territories are vested with the primary duty of registering companies floated in the respective states and the Union Territories and ensuring that such companies comply with statutory requirements under the Act. These offices function as registry of records, relating to the companies registered with them, which are available for inspection by members of public on payment of the prescribed fee.

yes, better to visit the office and get the necessary information.

For Registration you have to compulsary visit either a C.A or C.S as for gitting rigistration they have to give there digital signatures.

So I would say you should approach them.
