Nomination in the property:

How to make and send the Nomination?
If the Society is not formed, then we can make the nomination with mother signature in the name of all the four son and send by registered A/D to the society person who is taking the maintainance ?

only after society is formed can you submit nomination . ask mother to make a will and bequeath property as she desires

Maintenance has nothing to do with nomination problem. All members have to take decision to form a housing society.

Will or a registered declaration before the registrar shall suffice in the given case.
