Partnership firm reconstitution and dissolution

(Querist) 22 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Respected sir,

I had a client(svr minerals) a partnership firm consisting of 3 partners.It is a registered firm.

Now the point is all the 3 partners retired and 3 new partners were admitted in the same day in to firm with the same name(svr minerals).

Does it amounts to reconstitution of firm or dissolution of firm and registration of new firm with same old name by new partners.

The old firm stood dissolved and a new firm stood constituted a fresh.

FIRST YOU ADMIT THE PARTNERS THEN MAKE RETIREMENT SO FIRM NEITHER DESSOLVE NOR RECONSITUTED.
