Hi,
My Husband the petitioner filed conjugal rights.It wents to final.Now i want to file a reply letter for his petition..I have no objection and i am ready to live with him.

1.How to write a reply letter...
2.To whom i have to write...

You personally submit in court ask for counsellor, get consent term signed for residing together

Yes engage lawyer.
Otherwise attend the court on the date fixed and inform the court verbally or in writing about your willingness to stay with him.
Do enter into an compromise in writing so that your husband may not refuse to take you back after disposal of the proceeding.

appear in court on next date . say you have no objection to staying with your husband . your staement can be recorded to that effect

Both husband and wife jointly should make a statement to that effect in the court and the matter shall get resolved on the same day.
