Solution for victim of 498(a)and 304(b)

Hi,

last year my brother's wife commits suicide and her father filed FIR on my father and brother as both are innocent on the incident.later we got Bail and case is in court.
Now her father is demanding huge amount of money for compromise, but i feel guilty to settle issue by finance.
Pl suggest..as i am not well aware of the IPC sections.

If the demand of money is within your reach then you can go for compromise, after all it would end all the litigation and your harassment out of it.

dont pay huge amounts of money demanded. if you are innocent fight on merits

If you the amount is within your financial limit then pay the amount and get rid of all misery and harrassment or never bow down against their hefty demand fight the case on merits.
