Agricultrural land to commercial

i have agricultural land in u.p in my name and i want to open a warehouse and a restaurant what are the procedures and prerequities for the same ? kindly advice

You have to apply in revenue court for declaring this land as NON agricultural land under 143 UPZALR Act.

Take assistance of local lawyer.
