Discrimination by the parents to the daughter.

The parents are discriminating daughters while dividing the property.The property is self acquired by the parent.Can the daugter contest the discrimination by the parents while giving education and properties???. The parents are still alive and doesnot want to give any property to the daughters. pl clarify.

it is parents heard earned money . tehy can dispose it as they please

daughter cannot claim any share in it.

Daughters legally can do nothing except filing DV case against their parents on many relief available therein.
