Property to be divided

Sir,

We are christian family from forefathers.

There is 500 Sq. yards of property of which 437.5 Sq. yards is gifted to me/registered on my name on February,2005.

Remaining 62.5 Sq. yards is on still on my great grandmother's name.

I have a sister who needs to claim it. she is not claiming the property.

Now my question is which side of the 500 Sq.yards should I get and how should i divide the share (land) to my sister.

Dimensions are 60' X 75' (square peice).

Please advice.

gift deed must be containing detailed particulars of 437 .5 sq yards gifted .

as far as your sister claim on great grand mom property is concerned the agreement to be executed in her favour can give particulars of same

It depends upon your mutual understanding how to provide the share to your sister as there is no such law restraining your action.
