Q) if in mediation center of supreme court one of the party i.e wife doesnot appear than what will happen? does mediaton incharge send the report that one of party does not appear or give next date?

Q)if in mediation any conclusion is made does it is written in black and white and copy is given to both parties? if in future any of the party voilate that consent order then?

If both parties agree, then those are sent to court immediately to make their statements accordingly and if either of the parties backs out, a contempt of court proceeding may be got initiated against such party.
