(Querist) 04 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
Case was filed in Rent controller and the plaintiff won the case, defendant/respondent preferred an appeal it was argued by both the sides and was reserved for jugment and the judge is retired now the case is reopened but there is no cheif judge and the incharge court is not interested in taking now the plaintiff in the main suit WHAT should he do.... Is there a way where he can go for justice i mean High court or supreme court
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 04 December 2012
well if there could be some administrative delay in the appointment of the Regular Judge for that particular court.

if there is some unnecessary delay then you may approach HC, otherwise you may wait for some time till the regular judge is appointed.

its not a matter of interest for a judge, he has to comply with the administrative orders also as given by the HC.

There is no option before you but to wait for the new judge of the outgoing judge.
