Dear freinds,
wife filed case for maitenance and notice not received by husband as post office backed with note that recepient is not available.
she demanded education and other expenses of two child along with her maitenance. she previously employed in a private firm and left the house and consequently job and looking forward to extort the husband money residing in her parent house. she left house saying that she will maintain herself and leave seperaetly with children as she taken children by force with antisocial persons.
how to save money of husband. husband has only flat taken on loan from bank. she demanded forty five thousand per month as the husband income is 45000/- pm only. how much court can allow ? she is gratuate have working experience also. how much time court will take to give decesion ?
husband has to sale the flat if he does not want to pay any single pany to wife ?
husband is saying to give children to give good academic admissing in good academic or in previous school ?
kindly suggest and share your good ideas to save from such leagal terrorism.

Husband is duty bound to maintain his children and wife if she is not able to maintain herself irrespective of the reason of her leaving her husband.
In the given case, the husband can be got fastened to a liability of about 10,000/- per month for maintaining his both children and wife. The school depends.
